Overview

IT Configuration Manager | ServiceNow/TOPdesk & CMDB | Rotterdam | 26 - 32 hours/week

Are you ready to take ownership of Configuration Management in a complex enterprise IT environment? As an IT Configuration Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring data integrity and operational excellence within ServiceNow, while shaping how IT services are structured, automated, and managed.

Responsibilities

• Manage, automate, and execute the full Configuration Management process.


• Own the design and lifecycle of the CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).


• Collaborate with IT teams to align data with service modeling, reporting, and automation needs.


• Perform audits, monitor data quality, and continuously improve processes.


• Work closely with IT Asset and Software Management teams to ensure accurate integrations and usage insights.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience


• 5+ years' experience as a Configuration Manager in enterprise environments


• Strong expertise with ServiceNow/TOPdesk CMDB and CSDM


• ITIL v4 knowledge (certification preferred)


• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Discovery, and automation/integration of data sources


• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2); Dutch is a plus
