Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Configuration Manager in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow/TOPdesk CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and data source integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, automate, and execute the full Configuration Management process.
• Own the design and lifecycle of the CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Collaborate with IT teams to align data with service modeling and reporting.
