Zusammenfassung

Nebius is building an operations function within its communications organisation to support External Communications, People Communications, and Sustainability teams. The operations team will implement processes, tooling and coordination mechanisms to enable the team to focus on delivering an exceptional communications program.

Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will enjoy autonomy and work closely with leaders across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an operations, strategy, or chief-of-staff type role within a communications, marketing, or media organisation.
• Strong project management skills: you design processes, stick to them, and adapt when needed.
• Financial competence: comfortable managing budgets and working with finance teams.
• Comfortable working across a distributed team in multiple time zones.
• Clear and direct communication, written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Own the communications team's operational rhythm: quarterly and annual planning, internal calendars, team events, meetings and offsites, cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate events and the management meeting cycle.
• Act as connective tissue across the communications organisation to ensure alignment and avoid duplicated effort.
