Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Corporate Operational Project Manager to join Corporate Operations at our Amsterdam headquarters. You will drive cross-functional projects related to financing agreements, building clear plans with owners, timelines and deliverables.

You will document decisions and track open items, coordinate with teams across functions and locations, and ensure governance and controls are followed. This role requires hands-on project management, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations.
• Experience working with multiple functions and stakeholders across countries/time zones.
• Structured and organized approach to planning, tracking, and details.
• Ability to adapt plans and communicate impact clearly.
• Clear documentation skills and maintaining plans, records, updates.
• Inquisitive approach: ask questions, clarify ownership and requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and shared documentation systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery: Build and maintain project plans, track milestones and dependencies, follow up on actions, and help ensure work is delivered on time.
• Cross-functional coordination: Work with colleagues across functions and locations to clarify requirements and contributions.
• Process documentation and improvement: Document workflows, decisions, roles, and procedures.
• Tracking and reporting: Maintain project trackers, records, and status updates.
• Controls and governance support: Track operational requirements and document gaps, coordinate follow-up.
• Adaptability and follow-through: Keep plans aligned when priorities or timelines change.
