Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a senior communications leader to spearhead regional narratives across Europe and the Middle East. You will translate business priorities into compelling stories, provide senior counsel, and manage a regional team to deliver high-impact communications aligned with company priorities.

Reporting to the global Head of Communications, you will shape strategy, advise leaders, and coordinate with regional managers to ensure timely and credible communications across markets.

Qualifications

• Senior-level communications leadership across multiple regions.
• Outstanding storytelling and narrative development skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated people management, goal setting and coaching experience.
• Gravitas to lead high-stakes, multi-stakeholder situations with sound judgment.
• Strong media relationships and experience directing agencies and regional resources.
• Excellent English writing and spoken communication; technical understanding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional narratives and strategy for Europe and the Middle East.
• Advise senior leaders on positioning, opportunities and reputation risks.
• Lead regional communications for customer, partner and infrastructure developments.
• Coordinate with country managers and public affairs on local engagement.
• Direct agencies and manage budgets and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain credible stories and a sustained pipeline of stories.
