Job summary

ASICS EMEA is offering a hands-on internship at our Hoofddorp (near Amsterdam) O2C department. You will create communications and training materials, ensure data quality, and help document processes across EMEA regions in a dynamic, international setting.

As an intern, you will gain practical experience, contribute to cross‑functional projects, and develop skills in communications, analysis, and operations while working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from February/March for 5-6 months.
• Corporate communications, marketing, or project management studies.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute email communications, training materials, project‑related content, templates, intranet posts and MS Teams posts to support the O2C team's internal communication strategy.
• Support seasonal sales preparation activities and regional initiatives to ensure smooth operational execution across markets.
• Align communications with O2C wholesale milestones to maintain stakeholder awareness and process transparency throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
• Conduct B2B data quality assurance across all EMEA regions to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate translations and adaptations of B2B and training materials to meet local requirements and ensure consistent messaging across markets.
• Document standard operating procedures for B2B streams and central operations to establish clear process guidelines.
• Support in generating and distributing reports on contracts, data, incomplete orders, tickets, and master data to provide operational insights.

Your Internship Experience At ASICS

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll join the Order-to-Cash (O2C) department and gain valuable hands‑on experience in an international business environment. During your internship, you'll create essential communications and training materials whilst ensuring data quality and documentation standards are maintained across all EMEA regions, helping to address current capacity constraints and enhance operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Create and distribute email communications, training materials, project‑related content, templates, ASICS' intranet posts and MS team posts to support the O2C team's internal communication strategy.
• Support seasonal sales preparation activities and regional initiatives to ensure smooth operational execution across all markets.
• Align communications with O2C wholesale milestones to maintain stakeholder awareness and process transparency throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle.
• Conduct B2B data quality assurance across all EMEA regions to maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate translations and adaptations of B2B and training materials to meet local requirements and ensure consistent messaging across different markets.
• Document standard operating procedures for B2B streams, ServiceNow Operations Coordinators Services and Central Operations Team to establish clear process guidelines.
• Support in generating and distributing reports on Condition Contracts, B2B data, incomplete orders, ServiceNow tickets, Item and Customer Master Data to provide operational insights and support decision‑making.

You have the following skills:
