Job summary

ASICS EMEA is seeking a Marketing internship candidate at our EMEA HQ near Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience across campaigns, data analysis, and customer engagement while supporting brand-driven initiatives in a global setting.

Located in Hoofddorp, this role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to contribute to promotions, CRM activities, and marketing operations within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from February/March for 5-6 months.
• Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English language and communication abilities.
• Preferred digital marketing experience in paid media and CRM.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and manage cross-channel marketing copy to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Administer raffle programs end-to-end, including winner management and prize distribution.
• Support rewards program implementation and partnership coordination.
• Analyze KPIs and create reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage promotional products, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking.
• Conduct quality assurance, copy review, asset verification, and compliance validation.
• Track vendor invoices, maintain budget documentation, and support payments.
• Create customer experiences using Jebbit and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Your Internship Experience At ASICS

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll join the Consumer Lifecycle & Engagement team and gain valuable hands‑on experience in an international business environment. During your internship, you'll gain practical experience across a variety of projects, from managing promotional campaigns and analyzing customer data to coordinating prize distributions and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll develop a broad understanding of marketing strategy, operations, and customer engagement while contributing to impactful initiatives across the business.
