Job summary

ASICS is seeking a Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator at our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam. You will drive operational excellence via enhanced reporting, analytics and stakeholder engagement, and optimise supply chain processes for retail and digital channels.

With 2-4 years in Supply Chain/Operations, you’ll analyze data, build dashboards and collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, while supporting a hybrid working model and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of working experience within Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and reporting.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial and Operations teams as an operational advisor for end-to-end supply chain.
• Own and support operational reporting and dashboards to improve visibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT to automate reporting and integrate systems.
• Develop and implement standardised operating procedures for Operations.
• Deliver service excellence and cost-optimisation efforts.

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving operational excellence through enhanced reporting, analytics, and stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator, you'll optimise supply chain processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with both retail and digital business channels to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction whilst transitioning manual operations towards automated, efficient systems.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support Commercial and Operations teams as an operational advisor, helping optimise the end-to-end supply chain for T1/T2 accounts and DTC operations.
• Own and support operational reporting and dashboards, improving performance visibility and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations to drive process optimisation and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to automate reporting processes and integrate systems into the corporate reporting portal.
• Support the development and implementation of standardised operating procedures, helping establish consistent and efficient ways of working across Operations.
• Deliver excellent service and support cost optimisation efforts to achieve customer satisfaction excellence.

You have the following skills:

• 2-4 years of working experience within Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in dashboards and reporting.
• Proactive and self-driven work style with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
