ASICS, headquartered at the EMEA hub near Amsterdam, seeks a Customer Success Team Lead to drive Order to Cash excellence for Benelux. You will coach two Customer Success Specialists and three Customer Service Executives while strengthening wholesale partnerships with major accounts.

You will analyse data, shape value propositions, and coordinate cross-functional projects to optimise processes and margins, reporting to the Head of Order to Cash North.

Qualifikationen

• 5-6 years of customer success or account management experience with enterprise-level clients.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or related field.
• Supply chain and logistics knowledge for wholesale business.

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission in a brand new role to strengthen partnerships with our key wholesale accounts. As Customer Success Team Lead, you'll serve as the primary liaison between ASICS and large wholesale customers in the Benelux region, whilst developing and coaching a high-performing team to optimise order-to-cash processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences that support long-term business success. Reporting to the Head of Order to Cash North, you will lead two Customer Success Specialists and three Customer Service Executives and work alongside Customer Success Team Leads in every region.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

• Lead and develop the Order to Cash Benelux team through coaching, performance management, and strategic enablement initiatives.
• Implement the local Order to Cash vision whilst driving cultural transformation
• Maintain regular contact with big wholesale accounts to strengthen strategic partnerships and business relationships.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, revenue expansion opportunities, and areas for margin increase.
• Develop and implement customer-specific value propositions and key performance indicators aligned with company goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer within ASICS and coordinate cross-functional projects to optimise Order to Cash processes.
• Act as the single operational point of contact for strategic accounts, deciding and recommending within an agreed framework and benchmarking against industry and competitors.

You Have The Following Skills

• 5-6 years of customer success or account management experience with enterprise-level clients, in consumer goods, fashion, retail or sports.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or a related field.
• Supply chain and logistics management knowledge, including how functions connect in a wholesale business (e.g. demand planning).
• Proven record as a strong people manager.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
• CRM systems experience, preferably SAP.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation and relationship-building, and excellent presentation skills.
• Project management capabilities.
• Fluent English and, ideally, Dutch
