ASICS EMEA, based at Hoofddorp near Amsterdam, offers a 5–6 month internship in the Legal and Compliance Department. You will review contracts, support compliance tasks, and advise on commercial transactions while handling disputes and data privacy matters.

As a Dutch university student, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an international setting, collaborate with a diverse team, and develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from February/March for 5–6 months.
• Law studies.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure legal compliance and protection of company interests.
• Support compliance tasks by ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Provide expert legal advice on commercial transactions to facilitate business operations.
• Manage disputes effectively by working towards resolution and minimizing legal risks.
• Address data privacy matters in accordance with applicable legislation and company standards.

Your Internship Experience At ASICS

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll join the Legal and Compliance Department and gain valuable hands-on experience in an international business environment. During your internship, you'll conduct contract reviews, ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies, and provide valuable advice on commercial transactions whilst managing disputes and data privacy matters.
