Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager to lead Commercial Due Diligence and growth strategy engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will combine problem-solving with team leadership, client management and coaching responsibilities across multiple workstreams.

Your background includes 5+ years in strategy consulting, a Master’s in Economics, Engineering or Business Administration, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of strategy consulting experience or equivalent, with a strong track record in commercial due diligence, growth strategy and transaction-related work.
• Proven experience leading project teams and coaching junior colleagues in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects from kick-off to final client presentation, ensuring high-quality output and clear recommendations.
• Structure and oversee analyses on markets, customers, competitors and performance drivers using primary/secondary research and quantitative modelling.
• Review and manage deal materials to identify critical commercial opportunities, risks and value drivers for transactions.
