Job summary

ACL Partners in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant/Manager to join its growing practice. You will lead complex strategy and due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior executives.

You will mentor project teams, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to business development and proposal work. The role requires 5+ years in strategy consulting and an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience.
• Strong experience in due diligence and growth strategy.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy and commercial due diligence engagements, overseeing workstreams from analysis to recommendations.
• Direct market assessments, competitive analysis and financial modelling.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives.
• Manage and develop project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and own key discussions.
• Contribute to business development and proposals.
