Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Manager in Financial Due Diligence to drive transactional analyses and insights. You will lead complex engagements, guiding teams through scoping, data analytics and reporting for owners and management.

You bring 8+ years in M&A, a master's in finance or related field, and strong Dutch/English proficiency, plus expertise with Excel, Alteryx and Power BI. The role is hybrid with a focus on client impact and development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mergers and acquisitions with financial due diligence focus.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong leadership, team management, and client handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Analyze historical and projected financials, EBITDA, WC, balances.
• Identify risks/opportunities and map value drivers for transactions.
• Communicate conclusions for valuation and deal terms with clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee QA across workstreams.
• Contribute to team development and develop thought leadership.
