Job summary

EY Amsterdam is recruiting for a senior Commercial Specialist within Audit. You’ll translate priorities into actions, support major pursuits and tenders, and help shape the national commercial strategy for audits with multinational and large accounts.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, drive pipeline and CX improvements, and build scalable playbooks. Fluency in Dutch and English, 8+ years in professional services, and strong execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, business development, audit, Client Experience, strategy or consulting.
• Strong project and process leadership with the ability to create structure and drive execution.
• High analytical skill and the ability to translate data and client feedback into insights.
• Experience supporting large pursuits, tenders or strategic proposals.
• A client-centric mindset and genuine passion for Client Experience.
• Proficiency with digital and AI-enabled sales tools.
• Sensitivity to team dynamics and the ability to assess the fit between our teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support EY’s Audit growth by translating strategy and pipeline insights into clear commercial actions.
• Coordinate major audit pursuits and tenders from early win strategy to proposals and follow-up.
• Support the Audit Client Experience agenda by executing feedback interviews and win/loss reviews.
• Strengthen commercial discipline through pipeline reporting, dashboards and forecasting.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers.
• Build practical playbooks, templates and ways of working to make Audit growth and CX scalable.
