Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of work experience in mergers and acquisitions and strong affinity with corporate finance.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a finance-oriented field.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience leading teams and engagements.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx and Power BI; Excel proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Manage engagements analyzing historical and projected financials, using data analytics and interviews.
• Lead complex due diligence projects from scoping to delivery, coordinating teams and QC.
• Review EBITDA, working capital, and balance sheets to map value drivers and risks.
• Translate conclusions into attention points for valuation and deal structuring.
• Serve as a key link in M&A processes, coordinating with EY and external advisors.
• Contribute to team development and thought leadership.
