Job summary

Dr. Martens in Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant (30 hours/week) to join our vibrant retail team. You will turn passion for our product into memorable customer experiences, process transactions, and support stock and store operations with a flexible approach.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about footwear, strong in customer service, and able to adapt to varying shifts while representing our brand values on the floor.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be flexible with shifts week to week.

Responsibilities

• Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell products and hit store targets.
• Showcase personality to create a best-in-class customer experience.
• Handle till transactions in line with procedures.
• Follow store procedures for delivery, stock, and replenishment.
• Follow H&S procedures to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
• Be empathetic, team-focused and support store management as needed.
