Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced clinical research scientists to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining high-quality outputs across clinical workflows with strict adherence to regulatory standards.

The candidate will work remotely, committing 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO contexts is essential for success in this paid expert collaboration.

Qualifications

• Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for a pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organization.
• Deep familiarity with ICH-GCP standards, FDA/EMA regulatory expectations, and the scientific rigor required in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for clinical work.
• Prepare materials across core workflows: clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossiers, medical affairs slides, and publication plans.
• Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance in all produced documents.
