Job summary

Biosense Webster Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Consultant to deliver full clinical support and training across the territory. You will partner with Sales Consultants to drive the business plan, collaborate with the Dutch team, and help optimize customer experience while achieving sales targets.

The role requires a biomedical background, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to communicate with EP lab stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Biomedical Engineering, Technical Medicine or similar.
• Experience in the medical device field or cardiology is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with EP lab stakeholders.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for cases with CARTO 3 Navigation System.
• Deliver customer training plan and transfer knowledge to empower customers to use BSW products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with the Business Plan for geographic area.
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop activities to achieve sales targets and differentiate from competition.
• Execute marketing strategies including roll out of new products.
• Maintain and develop relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of customer needs at clinical and non-clinical levels to tailor solutions.
