Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) delivers tailored, high-impact services to CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. You will manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships, crafting customized service plans using ExP products and driving engagement with the Sales organization to secure renewals.

The role requires 15+ years in consulting or CxO tech roles, fluency in English, French, and Dutch, and a strong track record in large transformational programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting or CxO technology roles.
• Fluent in English, French & Dutch.
• Experience with large end‑to‑end transformative programs.
• Deep CIO-focused IT leadership knowledge and industry trends.
• Proven sales or business development with CXO level executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
• Define and deliver MCP-based service plans for members.
• Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
• Partner with Gartner's Sales to drive member engagement and renewals.
