Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own AI-powered product roadmaps and drive adoption across teams. You’ll work directly with end users, shape strategy, and partner with engineering, analysis, and senior stakeholders in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, Netherlands.

The role requires 5+ years in Product Management, a track record of end-to-end product ownership, and strong stakeholder skills. Fluency in English and conversational Dutch is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven ownership of a product from strategy through go-live.
• Strong product judgement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building AI-enabled products beyond basic AI features.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to business users and vice versa.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping ways of working in a growing product org.
• Fluent English and conversational Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the road-map for a portfolio of AI-powered products and workflows.
• Define priorities, trade-offs, and guide investment across your product domain.
• Partner with engineering, business analysis, change management, and senior stakeholders.
• Spend time with users to understand challenges, validate opportunities, and drive adoption.
• Lead discovery, strategy, delivery, roll-out, and continuous optimisation.
• Help introduce agentic AI solutions into workflows and future autonomous AI processes.
• Make release and risk decisions balancing innovation with quality and compliance.
• Manage external technology partners and product budgets where required.
