Barça Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Spanish-Mediterranean kitchen, bringing passion for quality, fast-paced service and a willingness to contribute ideas for menu and process improvements.

You will work with a close-knit team in a modern, well-equipped kitchen and have opportunities to grow towards leadership roles like Sous Chef while enjoying a structured bonus scheme and generous time off.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in hospitality.
• Passion for cooking, quality and presentation.
• Clean, disciplined and organized kitchen.
• Hands-on and able to handle a busy service.
• Willing to develop as a chef and a leader.
• Knowledge of hygiene, HACCP and mise-en-place.
• Available 4 to 5 days per week, based on 38 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Independently run your section and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Prepare tapas and dishes to a high level, with attention to taste and presentation.
• Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to improve the kitchen daily.
• Contribute ideas for new dishes, tapas and smarter workflows.
• Assist with mise-en-place, stock, hygiene, HACCP and quality control.
• Support and motivate your colleagues in the kitchen.
• Opportunity to develop towards leadership roles such as Sous Chef.
