Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals in Midtown Grill and ensure high-quality dishes.
• Regulate temperatures and manage ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Monitor portioning, presentation, and garnishes; maintain logs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff; model behavior.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies; protect assets.
