Job summary

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their international team. You will prepare meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, ensuring high-quality dishes and adherence to HACCP standards.

You will support junior kitchen staff and assist the Chef de Cuisine with menu planning. The position offers opportunities within a global Hyatt family, with access to development programs, discounts on room rates, and a clear salary framework under Dutch Horeca CLA.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to work morning and evening shifts.
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest focus.
• Proven interest in culinary excellence and service quality.
• 2 years experience as Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie preferred.
• Open minded and eager to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per shift with the kitchen team.
• Create outstanding culinary experiences in F&B outlets, restaurant and meeting areas.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP rules and regulations.
• Support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine with menu creation and updates.
• Take ownership of the kitchen operations in the Chef de Cuisine's absence.
