Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel in Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie- Breakfast to lead the breakfast kitchen, ensuring guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. You will manage portions, plating, and consistency across dishes while upholding standards.

You will follow recipes, maintain section flow, and keep timing sharp. HACCP hygiene knowledge and English communication are essential, and you must be legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience at Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
• Passionate about delivering guest experiences and continuously improving quality and efficiency.
• Flexible in working different days.
• Familiar with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Can communicate in English.
• Legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations of your section in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Help creating inspirational guest experiences that are memorable and worth sharing.
