Delfins on Bonaire is seeking a dedicated chef to join our kitchen team at the Koló restaurant. You will ensure mise en place, prepare recipes, and deliver plates that delight guests, residents, and visitors alike.

You bring a culinary education at MBO level with at least two years in a similar role, love hospitality, and enjoy crafting high-quality dishes while mentoring the team. Flexible with evenings and weekends; Dutch and English skills are essential; Papiamentu/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed a culinary education at MBO level.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Hospitality comes naturally with attention to detail.
• Curious about new flavors and techniques.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Speaks Dutch and English; Spanish/Papiamentu a plus.
