Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in energy storage, battery systems, solar PV or renewable energy.
• Proven background in channel sales, business development or partner management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Dutch energy storage market.
• Identify, recruit and manage distributors, installers, EPCs and strategic partners.
• Drive sales of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related energy solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
• Support partners throughout the sales process, from product presentations to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
