Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a dynamic sales and business development professional to execute targets across the Netherlands region within the home market. You will build and sustain relationships with key clients and represent BYD energy solutions at exhibitions, trainings and roadshows.

The role requires knowledge of residential energy storage products, inverters, batteries and all-in-one systems, plus willingness to travel and collaborate across teams to shape future product strategy.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Major in Solar energy storage or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Understanding of major residential Hybrid inverters, PCS, Batteries, and All-in-one systems on the market.
• Basic energy storage regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales targets and business development plans for the designated city/region in alignment with the companys overall strategy.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Brand and Product promotion through exhibitions, technical training, roadshows, etc.
• Support local after-sales teams in resolving product quality and after-sales issues.
• Conduct product research to provide internal feedback for new product development and assist in planning future product strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams locally.
• Timely handle and coordinate various daily customer issues and complaints.
