Talk360 in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketeer to own the outcome of user acquisition across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, SEO, and more.

You’ll optimize budgets, tailor propositions for three core segments, and align CAC with LTV across channels, markets, and corridors. You’ll work with a lean Commercial team to experiment quickly and scale impact with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid acquisition with proven results.
• Knowledge of SEO and ASO with organic growth track record.
• Fluency in CAC, ROAS, ARPU, and LTV frameworks.
• Able to bridge data, creative, and technology to rapid experiments.

Responsabilités

• Own the acquisition portfolio across paid and organic channels.
• Run segment-led acquisition for core business segments.
• Connect acquisition to LTV and CAC, beyond just ROAS.
• Build AI discovery presence for future users.
• Run continuous experimentation to turn hypotheses into investments.
