Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Acquisition & Growth) to join its Growth team. This role is hands-on and manages large paid media budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit, with a strong focus on CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.

You will personally own campaign execution, creative testing and budget allocation, delivering measurable improvements and driving multi-market expansion for a fast-growing international consumer AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition.
• Proven track record launching, managing and optimising campaigns.
• Direct control of at least $300,000 in monthly spend.
• Demonstrated improvements in CAC, CPA, ROAS or LTV.
• Experience in B2C subscription apps, mobile gaming or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international remote environment.
• Willingness to work under a B2B contractor agreement.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across major platforms.
• Own significant monthly media budgets and allocate budgets.
• Develop scalable performance marketing strategies for B2C.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback periods.
• Lead creative testing and decide which concepts to test, scale or discontinue.
• Execute high-volume testing to identify profitable opportunities.
• Scale campaigns across platforms and markets.
• Analyse performance and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Optimise web funnels and subscription journeys.
• Evaluate funnel performance and cohort economics.
• Allocate budgets by performance data and growth priorities.
• Resolve delivery challenges and platform restrictions.
• Use attribution analytics to measure performance.
• Collaborate with Growth team on international expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accountability for personally managed spend.
