Job summary

Soda Data N.V. is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to own paid acquisition end to end. You will manage LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and other channels, build assets, landing pages, and use AI to generate twenty variants instead of two.

You will drive a disciplined testing cadence, own the budget and pipeline, and collaborate with founders, client engineers, and customers to sharpen Soda's market message.

Qualifications

• You've run enterprise B2B paid at a startup or growth-stage technical company.
• Experiment-obsessed: describe testing cadence, learnings, and outcomes.
• You create the creative: provide ads you personally made, with costs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end to end: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Create ad assets: copy, visuals, landing pages; AI-assisted production for volume.
