Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a CEO/Co-founder to lead a new international B2B real‑money gaming provider from the Netherlands. You will own the strategic direction, drive growth, build partnerships, and oversee product development, certification, and monetization.

You will work closely with investors and the Board, shaping the business model and markets while building a high‑performing leadership team. This is a long‑term venture with significant autonomy and potential equity.

Qualifications

Direct senior leadership experience within a B2B real‑money gaming provider or equivalent, with P&L ownership.
Experience building or scaling a gaming provider, game portfolio, or distribution operation.
Established network with casino operators, aggregators, and platform partners.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall business strategy with evidence-based market theses.
Build and lead the organizational structure and leadership team for market entry and growth.
Develop and manage the game production, release roadmap and certifications.
Oversee commercial lifecycle from prospecting to live launches and revenue generation.
Establish reporting dashboards to track production, distribution, revenue and reliability.
