The role focuses on supervising operational activities, resolving recurring issues, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth flight bookings, truck orders and customer communications by email and phone. Office Supervisors report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small operational team.
• Supervising the correct execution of the operational activities.
• Identifying regularly occurring problems and initiating remedial actions.
• Coaching, training, guiding and motivating the team.
• Monitor flight bookings and truck orders.
• Proactively communicate with the warehouse team.
• Customer service, both by e-mail and managing telephone traffic.
• Report to the Office Supervisors.
