Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. is seeking a Shiftleader Cargo Office to coordinate the handling process, mentor a small team and act as first point of contact for staff and external parties in Amsterdam.

The role focuses on supervising operational activities, resolving recurring issues, coaching the team, and ensuring smooth flight bookings, truck orders and customer communications by email and phone. Office Supervisors report to leadership.
