Business Support Manager – warehouse in Bergen op Zoom.

Your role

In this role you ensure a seamless and efficient operation fully aligned with contractual and operational agreements. You are the essential link between daily operations and logistical processes, ensuring that all departments work together as one. You lead a multidisciplinary team, support the warehouse operation, and are responsible for managing and implementing customer agreements at the site.

Your focus areas

• Safeguard and optimize process flows within the supply chain.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Monitor and improve results within your area of responsibility.
• Initiate, guide, and implement innovations and automation.
• Report to the Site Manager and act as a strategic sparring partner.
• Develop and guide CI and Lean culture on site.
