GXO Logistics invites applications for an Operations Manager at the Hazeldonk site near Breda. You will partner with the Site Manager to oversee daily distribution, light manufacturing, and Lean initiatives while building a strong safety and quality culture.
You will lead two Warehouse Managers and about 125 indirect staff, drive performance across cost, quality and responsiveness, and support start-up activities at a new operation. English communication is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring strong performance, customer satisfaction, team development and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the culture, processes and performance of a new operation while delivering excellent service for our customer.
