Job summary

FläktGroup Netherlands B.V. is seeking a results‑driven business development professional to win new business in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will grow key accounts, manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing, and craft technically sound, profitable offers for data centers, industry, and pharma sectors. You will collaborate with sales, technical, finance, and marketing teams, leveraging your Dutch and English language skills and CRM experience to build long‑term customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development for Data Centers, Industry or Pharma.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage complex, high-value sales cycles.
• Solid technical understanding (HVAC, engineering or industrial solutions is a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365).
• Fluency in Dutch and English - French is a plus.
