Job summary

Spring Café Brasserie, part of Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park in Amsterdam East, seeks a Breakfast Supervisor eager to lead and hands-on manage breakfast service.

You will head the breakfast team, allocate tasks, stay on the floor during service and ensure every guest starts the day with a personal and attentive experience. Availability for early shifts, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Able to motivate and lead a team during breakfast service.
• Strong on-floor presence and guest-focused service.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for breakfast service and allocate tasks.
• Lead the breakfast team and guide colleagues during service.
• Work hands-on on the floor and step in where needed.
• Personally welcome guests and provide attentive service.
• Monitor quality, presentation and replenishment of breakfast.
• Track staffing and overall flow of service.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth morning operation.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas.
