Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Senior F&B Supervisor Breakfast to lead the morning operation at Jansz., our elegant restaurant within a canal house. You will set the tone for the team and ensure a polished, personal service that starts guests' day with genuine care.

You will work morning shifts, typically 06:00–15:00, managing pace during busy periods while upholding high standards and calm leadership. Opportunities to grow within Lore Group properties are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or quality-driven restaurant.
• Understanding the pace and complexity of breakfast service in a high occupancy hotel.
