Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel in Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie- Breakfast to ensure guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. You will prepare ingredients, portion, plating, and cook dishes that are consistent, thoughtful and full of flavour, while following recipes and standards and maintaining kitchen flow.

You will stay on top of hygiene, safety and temperature checks and support the pass so everything looks, tastes and feels right.

Qualifications

• Have previous hotel, restaurant and/or kitchen experience, as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
• Are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously look for ways to improve quality and efficiency.
• Are flexible in working different days.
• Are familiar with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Can communicate in English.
• Are legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations of your section in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Help creating inspirational guest experiences that are memorable and worth sharing.
