The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie - Breakfast to ensure guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. You will prepare ingredients from portioning to plating and cook dishes that are consistent, thoughtful and full of flavour.

You will follow recipes and standards while keeping your section organized, timing sharp and communication clear, ensuring everything leaving the pass looks right, tastes right and feels right.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, restaurant or kitchen experience as Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
• Familiar with HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Flexibility to work different days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations of your section in the kitchen.
• Ensure consistent food quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Help creating inspirational guest experiences that are memorable and worth sharing.
