Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a strategic Head of Brand based in the Netherlands to build a category-defining brand in AI employee solutions. You will own the brand vision, identity, messaging, and creative direction, working closely with the CMO and executive teams to shape a narrative that positions the product as approachable and capable.

The role requires hands-on leadership, rapid decision-making, and the ability to scale an in-house creative team while guiding agency partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading brand from early stage to growth.
• Proven ability to create and execute campaigns in competitive markets.
• Experience positioning a brand against larger competitors.
• Ability to define creative direction and stay hands-on in work.
• Experience building and leading creative teams and balancing in-house vs agency partners.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and messaging.
• Excellent communication and ability to defend creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the complete brand system including visual identity, voice, positioning, messaging, and creative standards.
• Develop a compelling narrative that presents the product as human, capable, and collaborative.
• Plan and execute high-impact campaigns to raise awareness and strengthen market position.
• Differentiate the brand from major tech competitors and establish a distinctive presence.
• Lead the rollout of the brand identity across website, product experience, and sales materials.
• Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistent adoption across the org.
• Build and lead an in-house creative team, balancing capabilities with external agencies.
• Maintain high creative standards while producing and reviewing brand work.
• Monitor brand performance and refine direction based on results.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand activities support growth objectives.
