Job summary

L - founders of loyalty seeks a Senior Graphic & Product Designer (AI Innovation) to join its Entertainment team in a hybrid role in the Netherlands. You will blend graphic and product design with AI-enabled workflows to accelerate high-volume, brand-aligned creative output.

With 8+ years in design, you will develop concepts for toys and consumer products, create compelling sales materials, and ensure IP compliance while exploring new AI tools to improve ideation and visualization quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, product design or consumer product development.
• Portfolio showing both graphic design and physical product concepts.
• Advanced Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools in commercial workflows.
• Strong understanding of packaging, retail marketing, visual storytelling and presentation design.
• Hands-on, commercially minded approach delivering quality work at pace across multiple briefs.

Responsibilities

• Creative concepts & sales materials: develop visuals and pitch decks for clients.
• Product & portfolio design across toys, collectibles, publishing, homeware and more.
• AI-enabled workflows: build and improve AI-powered ideation and visualization processes.
• Licensing & brand compliance: translate IP guidelines into commercially strong visuals.
• 2D & 3D visualization: create polished concepts and 3D visualizations for production.
• Cross-functional collaboration with entertainment creatives, sales, sourcing and licensing.
