Job summary

Edge is seeking a senior marketing and branding leader to drive brand strategy across multiple markets from Amsterdam. You will own positioning, identity, and brand equity while leading an international in-house team and coordinating with external agencies to maximise impact.

You will manage cross-market campaigns, PR, and internal communications, ensuring consistent Edge messaging and strategic alignment with business goals. English and Dutch proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or marketing.
• +8 years of marketing experience, +2 in a similar role (must).
• Leadership experience and skills (must).
• PR experience (must).
• Strong written and oral skills in English and Dutch (must); German is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and own brand strategy across all markets, including identity, tone of voice, and brand equity.
• Lead external communications, media relations, and PR for Edge’s markets.
• Drive brand visibility across channels: website, SEO, social media, and campaigns.
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns at project and corporate levels to support targets.
• Foster internal communications and act as cultural ambassador for Edge.
• Build and lead an in-house branding team; manage external agencies and freelancers.
• Align brand strategy across the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, and expanding European markets.
