Stealth Startup in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive a major AI programme for a client. You will couple strategic vision with hands-on AI development, building agent-based prototypes and shaping the governance and adoption framework across the organisation.

You will work with senior executives, run workshops, and translate prototypes into production-ready solutions with our engineering team, delivering measurable business outcomes and lasting change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale AI transformation programmes.
• Hands-on ability to build AI agents and prototypes.
• Proven stakeholder management at executive level.
• Background in management or technology consulting.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead an end-to-end AI transformation programme for a large organisation.
• Build working AI agents and prototypes using tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot Studio.
• Identify business problems where AI can save time, reduce risk or create value.
• Work directly with senior executives to shape AI strategy and priorities.
• Run workshops, training teams and drive AI adoption across the organisation.
• Translate successful prototypes into production-ready solutions with the engineering team.
• Establish AI governance, policies and practical frameworks for responsible adoption.
• Build a longer-term AI roadmap based on measurable business outcomes.
