• Hands-on SEO and AI-driven search optimization.
• Strong knowledge of AI writing and editing tools and when human judgment is essential.
• Experience creating content for software or SaaS products and explaining complex concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities and acting decisively.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content direction, setting editorial priorities and topics with high potential value.
• Edit and improve new and existing content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and high editorial standards.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and editing while maintaining quality.
• Lead and support a small team of writers, providing feedback and skill development.
• Own content performance, track results, and guide improvements with data.
• Improve content visibility through SEO and AI-powered search optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Experiment with new topics, formats, and approaches, measuring impact.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers, and product teams to translate technical knowledge into reader-friendly content.
