Johnson & Johnson Innovation is hiring Manufacturing Operators for the USP/DSP and Fill & Finish departments in Sassenheim, Netherlands. You will support cell expansion, virus production, purification and automated filling in a GMP/BSL-2 environment.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 or HBO in laboratory & biotechnology or equivalent with biotech/pharma experience.
• Hands‑on experience in a BSL2 environment focusing on cell culture, virus propagation, purification, or Fill & Finish.
• Strong English communication and high accuracy with independent work.
• Adaptive, proactive team player willing to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and operation of new equipment and create training sheets.
• Execute daily tasks and assist department with procedures and schedules.
• Document GMP activities and raise deviations when needed.
• Train operators and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Work safely in GMP, EHS and quality standards.
