Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation Leiden is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for downstream processing in a GMP environment. You will perform routine production activities and monitor processes, documenting data and deviations.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years in a non-relevant field, with Dutch or English at least B1 level and basic MS Office skills. You will join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with shift work and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

MBO-2 diploma with 3+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years in a non-relevant field.
Dutch or English at least level B1.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, business applications).
Quality-oriented, accurate, flexible with a positive attitude.
Experience with downstream processing or GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine production activities according to GMP and SOP guidelines.
Operate, monitor, and record process steps within downstream processing.
Accurately document process data and report deviations or improvement ideas.
Collaborate with colleagues and elevate issues to your supervisor when necessary.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement to achieve production and quality goals.
Complete all required training and keep knowledge up to date.
Work in shifts and handle changing priorities with flexibility.
