• Relevant MBO-2 degree with 18 months’ experience or a non-relevant MBO-2 degree with 3 years’ experience.
• Dutch or English at B1 level is required.
• Basic computer proficiency; MS Office and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the team as an entry level support contributor following defined procedures.
• Maintains routine administrative processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Learns GMP procedures and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documents day-to-day activities and escalates issues to leaders.
• Follows standard activity flowcharts and assists in production targets.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and scheduling.
