Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred; LEAN tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Prepare and verify batch components and perform format changeovers for production runs.
• Manufacture according to procedures, GMP, and quality standards.
• Conduct product inspections and in-process checks for compliance.
• Document production records, batch reconciliation, and material transfers.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements and report risks per guidelines.
• Support teammates and assist finished goods projects and tasks.
• Escalate deviations and defects and communicate improvement opportunities.
