Job summary

Future Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced BIM Manager to own BIM delivery on a major data centre project in Amsterdam. You will coordinate models across design and construction, collaborating with the client, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate information for installation.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will drive clash resolution, manage federated models, and align updates with the construction programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of BIM execution plans, model coordination and clash detection.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Willingness to work on site in Amsterdam with occasional site travel.

Are you an experienced BIM Manager looking to take ownership of BIM delivery on a major data centre project with an established international general contractor?

Join a growing business delivering technically complex construction projects across Europe. Based on site in Amsterdam, you’ll lead BIM coordination across design and construction, working closely with the client, consultants and specialist subcontractors to support successful project delivery.

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll manage coordinated models, drive clash resolution and ensure design information is ready to support installation. This is an opportunity to take a visible technical leadership role, with scope to support wider projects across the Netherlands.

Your role will include:

• Reviewing consultant and subcontractor models for quality, compliance and coordination.
• Leading BIM meetings, clash detection reviews and the resolution of design interfaces.
• Managing federated models and tracking actions through to closure.

The successful candidate will have:
